The Student Learning Center has compiled a living document with resources for supporting the community of Minneapolis. We invite you to join us in contributing in any way you are able. 

The Student Learning Center stands in solidarity with the community of Minneapolis and all whose lives have been impacted by state sanctioned violence, in Minnesota and across the United States. 

In light of the harm and loss of life in Minnesota as well other less visible but equally important crises occurring across the US and globally, the SLC reaffirms our commitment to social justice and all of the following:

As you head into RRR Week, the SLC is here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re gearing up for finals or looking for a space to reset, we’ve put together a full lineup of services you can use to stay grounded, confident, and prepared!

From Econ, Math/Stat, and Science exam reviews to drop-in tutoring, topic review sessions, and writing support, there’s something for every learner. You can also stop by for time-management workshops or drop-in coaching if you’re looking for strategies to organize and plan your study approach.

The SLC Strategic Learning Program is launching our first-ever Neurodivergent Student Advisory Board and we’re inviting YOU to be a founding member for Spring 2026!

At SLP, we support undergraduates in developing the strategies, habits, and mindsets to succeed academically and take ownership of their learning. Now, we’re expanding our mission to better serve neurodivergent students and your voice is essential.

Celebrate the 2025 Moon Festival with LEP! 

Join us on Monday, October 6 from 4–5:30 PM in Room 113, César Chávez Center for a cozy afternoon of cultural fun, mooncake snacks, and community!

Celebrated across East and Southeast Asia, the Moon Festival marks the arrival of autumn and the harvest moon and is a special time for reuniting with loved ones, reflecting on the season, and enjoying sweet mooncakes under the glow of the full moon.
