The SLC will be closed Wednesday, 3/11 until Friday, 3/13 to bolster our infrastructure and train our staff to deliver service virtually. The SLC is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Undergraduate Course Facilitator Training & Resources (UCFTR).

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our application for the Summer 2020 Research Associate Program: Junior Transfer Series!

Hosted through our newly launched Discovery Program, this opportunity provides a group of intellectually curious junior transfer students with eight weeks of full-time support to pursue original research. Accepted scholars will gain membership in a tight-knit learning community with personalized research mentorship and writing coaching.

The SLC will be closed early tonight, 1/30 at 5PM and all day tomorrow, 1/31, to prepare for our big interGeneration400 on Saturday, a commemorative celebration of #BlackLives and Black history.

The SLC Writing Program invites you to the Fall 2019 Open House, Artistry in Action, this Friday, September 27th from 12:00-1:30pm in the Vèvè Writing Lounge. Come see how we foster artistry in our tutors to activate your writerly imagination and tap into your creativity to meet the writing rigor at Cal.

We're hosting an Econ 100A exam review session on Sunday 9/22 from 11:30AM-1:30PM and Monday 9/23 from 5-7PM. Join us to review key concepts, work through practice problems, and pick up test-taking strategies!
